Stacey Duguid

Stacey Duguid is currently the Fashion Editorial Director of Harrods, where she oversees photography creative across fashion, watches and fine jewellery for the globally renowned department store. Before joining Harrods in 2018, she was the Executive Fashion Editor of Net-a-Porter’s print edition, Porter magazine.

In 2004, Stacey joined British ELLE as Fashion Editor and during this time, she wrote the award-winning column, Mademoiselle, Confessions of an ELLE girl. Featuring on the back cover of ELLE for half a decade, the column was a fictionalised version of her life as a single woman living in London. She was the Fashion Editor of British ELLE magazine for 10 years.

Stacey is regularly commissioned to write for the Sunday Times Style, where she trials fashion trends with her signature humour. During her career as a fashion editor, Stacey has consulted extensively for fashion clients across the British high street, and was also a founding team member at the now defunct online publication, The Pool.

Having launched IG LIVE for Harrods, Stacey is now pursuing a career in presenting and often records a piece to camera on her own social channels. Stacey plans to launch her own YouTube channel this year, 2021.

With a loyal Instagram following, Stacey regularly posts about the breakdown of her marriage and how being a single parent has changed her life. Through authentic storytelling, Stacey has grown a community of like-minded women and has a large social media following.

Stacey’s debut book, In Pursuit of Happiness, an honest and often humorous journey of divorce and dating, or, of mating, motherhood, marriage, money and mayhem, was be published by Piatkus in September 2023.
